About Shuttle Express

Shuttle Express is expanding its Corporate & MICE business and is seeking experienced, results-oriented Sales Professionals to join our growing team.

We have multiple openings for both Sales Team Leaders and Sales Executives / Sales Agents.

Open Positions

1. Sales Team Leader – Corporate & MICE

Experience: 4–5+ years

2. Sales Executive / Sales Agent – Corporate & MICE

Experience: 2+ years preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B business across Corporate, MICE and Events
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients
- Handle corporate transportation and MICE requirements
- Manage sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Build long-term relationships with corporates, travel companies, event agencies and DMCs
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- For Team Leaders: lead, mentor and manage the sales team and drive overall revenue growth

Candidate Profile

We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in Corporate Car Rentals, Chauffeur-Driven Transportation, Ground Transportation, MICE, Events or Corporate Travel.

The ideal candidate should have:





- Proven B2B sales/business development experience
- Strong corporate and MICE client network
- Positive understanding of the ground transportation industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong lead-generation and client-acquisition capabilities
- A target-driven and result-oriented approach
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
