Guide or Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling: Create detailed project timelines, set milestones, and track day-to-day progress.
Budget & Cost Control: Prepare cost estimates, manage vendor invoices, and prevent budget overruns.
Team Coordination: Lead architects, civil engineers, general contractors, and trade subcontractors.
Permits & Compliance: Secure local building permits and ensure adherence to housing and safety codes.
Quality & Safety: Conduct site inspections to enforce strict labor safety and quality control standards.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing residential building or multi-family construction.
Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and master project scheduling software.
Soft Skills: Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and team communication abilities

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
