Customer Success Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to build robust customer relationships, support onboarding and product adoption, resolve issues, and ensure customers achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships and provide ongoing support.
Assist with onboarding, product adoption, and engagement.
Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor customer satisfaction and retention.
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams.
Identify opportunities for renewals and upselling.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.

Requirements
0–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Account Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Customer-focused and proactive approach.
Experience with CRM or customer-support tools preferred.

Freshers also welcome Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
