Location: Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata

Position: Chat Support Executive

Number of Positions: 1

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Chat Process

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 In-Hand

Work Mode: Work From Office

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide support through chat.
Respond to customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and queries.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.




Follow company processes and maintain service quality standards.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a Chat Process.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali – all 3 languages are mandatory.
Positive typing speed and accuracy.
Solid customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer conversations efficiently.
Valuable interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
