Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and responsible Café Crew Members to join our team. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and support smooth day-to-day café operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and take orders accurately
Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, burgers, wraps, and basic café items
Handle billing and POS transactions
Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and workstations
Refill stock and assist with inventory checks
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed
Support teammates during rush hours
Assist customers with menu recommendations
Open or close the café as per shift requirements

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree
Prior café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
Basic English communication skills




Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Positive teamwork and punctuality
Freshers with the right attitude can also apply

Preferred Skills
Experience using POS systems
Basic food preparation or barista skills
Customer handling and upselling ability
Knowledge of hygiene and safety practices
