Café Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Café Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our café in Karnal. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, maintain food and hygiene standards, monitor inventory and daily sales, and ensure smooth overall operations.

Key responsibilities include
Managing and supervising café staff
Handling daily café operations and customer service
Monitoring inventory, billing, and sales
Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
Training and engaging staff
Handling customer feedback and complaints
Supporting promotions and initiatives to increase sales and footfall

Ideal candidate: Someone who is proactive, trustworthy, good with people, comfortable managing a team, and has prior experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or retail operations. Location: Karnal, HaryanaJob Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
