Sorano is looking for talented and driven Chef de Parties to join our kitchen team in Mumbai.

We’re looking for chefs who are passionate about food, disciplined in the kitchen and eager to work in a high-quality, fast-paced restaurant setting.

What we’re looking for
Experience as a CDP / Demi Chef de Partie in a good restaurant or hotel kitchen
Preferably experience with Italian / European cuisine
Strong understanding of mise-en-place, section management and service execution
Positive knife skills, cooking fundamentals and attention to presentation
Ability to maintain consistency, hygiene and kitchen discipline
Comfortable handling busy services and working as part of a robust team
A positive attitude,



willingness to learn and genuine passion for cooking

Experience across pasta, pizza, garde manger, hot kitchen or grill would be especially relevant.
