Role & responsibilities
Planning the events & organizing seminars, product launch & campaign events
Prepare and monitor event budgets to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company guidelines
Plan and execute insurancerelated events and design events that align with corporate goals
Coordinate with vendors, conference organizers, technology partners, and training agencies for events such as IRDAI compliance workshops or customer education programs.
Manage venue selection, branding materials, AV setup, visitor flow, registration, compliance documents, and insurancespecific branding requirements.
Oversee onsite operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to industry regulations (e.g., IRDAI guidelines for disclosures during events).
