Multi-Store Supervision: Oversee daily store operations across all 4 Madhavi Dairy franchise outlets, ensuring staff discipline, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
Franchise Brand &
Quality Compliance: Maintain strict alignment with Madhavi Dairys brand guidelines, quality parameters, inventory rotation (FIFO), and shrinkage control.
Staff Recruitment &
HR Management: Lead end-to-end hiring for store employees, conduct staff onboarding, deliver operational training, and manage store schedules.
Business Development &
Revenue Expansion: Develop and execute localized sales promotions, boost customer footfalls, drive turnover, and manage marketing campaigns.
Supply Chain &
Stock Management: Coordinate seamlessly with Madhavi Dairy suppliers and central distribution to maintain uninterrupted inventory across all stores.
