Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage overall business operations and operational strategy.
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Oversee day-to-day operations across business functions.
Drive business growth and ensure achievement of organizational goals.
Manage and mentor senior leadership and operational teams.
Monitor budgets, costs, revenue, and overall business performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.




Build robust relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.
Provide strategic insights and regular performance updates to the management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
15 to 23 years of robust leadership and operations experience.
Proven experience in a senior operational/leadership role.
FMCG experience preferred.
Candidates from Hotels, Restaurants, or Hospitality industries are also preferred.
Robust business acumen, leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and team-management abilities.
