Shift Timing: Night Shift 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting the overall business growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Research and connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and present relevant services and solutions.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.




Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales and recruitment teams.
Maintain and update client and lead information.
Work towards achieving assigned business development targets.
Prepare and share regular updates on leads and business activities.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Comfortable working in the night shift.
Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
