Position: Customer Service Executive

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely support, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and queries.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.




Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback and report recurring issues.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
Valuable listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
Valuable telephone etiquette.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM/customer support tools is preferred.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries.
