Role & responsibilities :
Extensive senior leadership experience (18- 25 years) within construction, project management, QA/QC, construction technology, or related sectors
Robust technical expertise complemented by sound business acumen
Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute organizational strategy
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements
Proven capability in stakeholder management, business development, and cross-functional leadership
