Role OverviewThe Cluster Supervisor will manage and supervise operations across multiple hubs within the assigned cluster, ensuring optimal fleet utilization, smooth hub operations, and adherence to compliance standards. Lead and monitor Hub Fleet Executives and on-ground teams to drive performance and operational excellence.

Experience
3+ years of relevant work experience in multiple location handling, fleet management and team handling.
Experience in coordinating two-wheeler fleet operations, including day-to-day fleet activities and operational support.
Robust experience in team coordination, manpower management, and operational execution.
Exposure to fleet tracking, maintenance coordination, vehicle availability, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations across multiple hubs and teams
Ensure optimal fleet availability, utilization, and vehicle health
Oversee preventive maintenance, downtime control, and audits




Monitor vehicle allocation, movement, and turnaround times
Ensure compliance with insurance, registration, permits, and statutory requirements
Review fleet performance metrics, operational KPIs, and MIS reports
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

Requirements
Location: Bangalore (Marathalli/Whitefield)
Education : Graduation and above

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
