Maruhansa Aviation is an independent business aviation company operating pan-India. We arrange private jet, helicopter, airliner and air ambulance charters across DGCA-approved NSOP operators, serving corporate, VVIP, political, wedding, film and HNI leisure clients. We are backed by Endurance Tec Private Limited, an established 30-person marketing and CRM company based in Navi Mumbai.

The role

You will own charter sales end to end — building the corporate and HNI client base, managing relationships with aircraft operators, and closing bookings. This is a senior individual-contributor role reporting directly to the founders, with a dedicated inside-sales team supporting you on lead generation so your time goes to clients, not cold calling.

What you'll do
Build and manage a pipeline of corporate, HNI, event, wedding and film clients for charter
Source aircraft and negotiate rates with NSOP operators; maintain those operator relationships
Prepare and issue quotes quickly — turnaround speed decides most charter deals
Handle the booking end to end: confirmation, documentation, payment collection, coordination through to flight completion
Own revenue and margin targets, especially through the peak February–March season

What we're looking for
3+ years in charter sales,



aircraft brokerage, or business aviation — with an NSOP operator, a charter broker, or an aviation services company
An existing book of corporate or HNI clients, and working relationships with Indian charter operators
Working knowledge of charter pricing: positioning legs, ferry cost, ground handling, crew duty limits, and how margin is actually made on a trip
Comfortable dealing with promoters, EAs and travel desks of large companies
Fluent English and Hindi; Marathi an advantage

Nice to have
DGCA regulatory familiarity (NSOP operations)
Air ambulance or medical charter experience
Existing relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, or film production houses
