Looking for a Chief of Staff for a clinically-led skinified makeup brand, backed by a leading consumer VC. They build products where the skin advantage leads and colour follows, sold through their own D2C channel, marketplaces and offline retail. The role sits close to the founder and carries real ownership from day one.

Primary Responsibilities
Drive strategic special projects for the brand
Support analysis and strategy with strong comfort around numbers
Work across finance, legal, packaging, recent product development and content to keep projects aligned
Ensure smooth project management and a clean cross-functional process
Pick up special projects as they arise

Eligibility Criterion
Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in beauty and personal care or FMCG
Consulting, investment banking, VC or founder's office backgrounds also considered
Genuinely robust analytically, able to build and defend a model or a business case
Structured communicator who can turn a rough brief into a finished piece of work
High ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace
