Job Summary

Om Biomedic Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Capsule Operator with 4+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for operating capsule filling machines, ensuring smooth production, maintaining product quality, and following GMP and SOP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor capsule filling machines.

Perform machine setup, changeover, and basic troubleshooting.

Ensure production targets and product quality are achieved.

Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and hygiene standards.

Maintain BMR/BPR and machine-related documentation.





Perform machine cleaning and line clearance.

Coordinate with QA/QC and Maintenance teams.

Report machine breakdowns, deviations, and quality issues.

Maintain proper housekeeping and production area discipline.

Qualification & Experience

ITI / Diploma / equivalent technical qualification preferred.

Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Capsule Operator in a pharmaceutical company.

Hands-on experience with capsule filling machines is mandatory.

Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, BMR/BPR, and production documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
