We are hiring Call Center Agents for our Solar Operations team.
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
Answer queries related to solar products/services.
Generate and qualify leads.
Schedule site visits and service appointments.
Handle customer complaints and follow-ups.
Update customer details in CRM/LeadSquared.
Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of BPO/Call Center/Telecalling experience.
Valuable communication skills in English/Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge.
LeadSquared experience preferred.
