Visit customers at their registered/residential or business locations to follow up on pending EMI payments.
Collect overdue EMI payments from customers and ensure timely repayment.
Contact customers through phone calls and in-person visits regarding pending payments.
Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and available repayment options to customers.
Maintain accurate records of collections, customer visits, and payment status.
Follow up regularly with customers who have overdue payments.
Submit daily collection and field visit reports to the supervisor.
Handle customer queries professionally and maintain valuable communication.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
Follow company policies and procedures while carrying out collection activities.

Requirements
Minimum 12th pass / Graduation preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel and make field visits.
Ability to work with collection targets.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and applications.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
