Key Responsibilities:
Deliver process-specific training to recent hires and existing team members.
Develop training content, SOPs, and documentation as per process requirements.
Coordinate with operations, QA, and HR to track performance post-training.
Conduct refresher sessions and continuous learning programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
Maintain detailed reports of training schedules, attendance, and results.
Identify skill gaps and propose corrective training actions.
Stay updated with process changes and client updates and communicate the same to the team.
Facilitate workshops on communication skills, business etiquette, time management, and client handling.
Support learning and development initiatives across the organization.
Assist in onboarding and induction programs for recent hires.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
