Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced Plant Finance & Accounts qualified to lead financial operations of a large manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead plant accounting, budgeting, forecasting, costing and variance analysis.
Manage month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, AP/AR and financial reporting.
Drive plant MIS, cost control and financial analysis using SAP/ERP.
Manage plant cash flow, treasury and working capital.
Ensure statutory, accounting and internal compliance.
Lead and mentor the plant finance team and partner with plant/business leadership.

Requirements:
Qualified CA with 10+ years of experience.
Mandatory: Core Plant Finance & Accounts / Plant Accounting experience in manufacturing.
Robust hands-on experience in costing, budgeting, MIS and financial controls.
SAP/ERP experience mandatory.
Solid team handling and stakeholder management skills.
Candidates from Automotive/Tractor/Auto Components/Engineering Manufacturing preferred.
