Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support
Address and resolve customer queries related to:
Document verification and queries
General product-related inquiries
Maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of case
Eligibility Criteria
Prior experience in customer service is preferred
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of healthcare or medical equipment is a plus (not mandatory)
Looking for candidates from science background 5. Languages required English, Hindi, Kannada (spoken)
