Propenu is a growing PropTech platform focused on building a more trusted, transparent, and productive real estate ecosystem. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team in Digital Marketing and Customer Care.

Roles & Responsibilities Digital Marketing
Assist in managing social media platforms and content.
Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
Research market trends, competitors, and real estate topics.
Assist with content creation, basic creatives, and campaign activities.
Support website, SEO, and online marketing initiatives.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Customer Care
Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Assist customers with platform-related queries.
Make follow-up calls and support lead management.
Update customer details and interactions in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
Collect customer feedback and maintain accurate records.
