About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager to grow our TMT Bar business in Coimbatore and surrounding markets.

If you have solid experience in steel, TMT bars, building materials, cement, or construction sales and enjoy building relationships and winning new business, we would like to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Drive TMT Bar sales and achieve business targets.

Develop recent customers and business opportunities.

Build relationships with builders, contractors, developers, engineers, and dealers.

Identify upcoming construction projects and convert enquiries into orders.

Manage customer negotiations, quotations, and order follow-up.

Support timely payment collection and repeat business growth.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.





What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.

Experience in TMT Bars, Steel, Cement, Building Materials, or Construction Materials preferred.

Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Existing network with construction industry customers will be an added advantage.

Self-driven and passionate about achieving sales targets.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
