We are looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dental clinic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with patient enquiries and leads
Explain treatments, offers and appointment details
Schedule and confirm appointments
Follow up with patients who have not yet booked
Maintain lead and follow-up records
Coordinate with the clinic team for appointments

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Tamil & English
Pleasant and convincing communication
Basic computer knowledge
Experience in telecalling / healthcare / dental field is preferred
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply

Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹12,000/month Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives

Working Hours: Full time

Location: Mugalivakkam, Chennai / Pammal Chennai
