Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Diamond & Jewellery Grader with 4–9 years of experience in diamond grading and jewellery quality assessment. The candidate should have strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Inspect and grade diamonds based on quality and characteristics.
Evaluate cut, colour, clarity, and carat of diamonds.
Check jewellery for quality, finishing, and workmanship.
Identify natural, treated, synthetic, and imitation stones.
Evaluate diamonds and gemstones used in jewellery.
Ensure jewellery and stones meet required quality standards.
Identify defects, quality issues, and inconsistencies.
Maintain accurate grading and inspection records.
Coordinate with production, sourcing, and quality teams.
Provide recommendations on quality and grading.




Maintain accuracy and consistency during the grading process.

Required Skills
4–9 years of experience in Diamond Grading / Jewellery Grading.
Strong knowledge of diamond quality and grading.
Valuable understanding of the 4Cs – Cut, Colour, Clarity, and Carat.
Knowledge of gemstones and jewellery materials.
Ability to identify treated, synthetic, and imitation stones.
Good understanding of jewellery workmanship and finishing.
Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
Good analytical and decision-making skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
