Customer Care Executive / Telecaller
Location: Dehradun
Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000/month
Job Type: Full time | Work From Office
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients over calls and handle their queries.
Follow up with leads and existing clients.
Resolve customer concerns professionally.
Achieve daily/monthly calling targets.
Maintain proper records of calls and client details.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills.
Hindi & basic English proficiency.
Confident and polite personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
