Urgent hiring Customer Support Executive – Technical Support (International Process)

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Salary: ₹42,000 – ₹46,000 CTC per month

Shift: 24×7 Rotational Shifts

Experience: Minimum 1+ Year

Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, chats and emails.
Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Upsell and cross-sell whenever required.
Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Technical Support or Sales.
International BPO experience preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
