Responsibilities
Work on product analytics and data science initiatives with a robust focus on experimentation, including A/B testing, causal inference, and synthetic control methods to drive data-informed product decisions.
Utilize advanced SQL and Python (must-have) to analyze large datasets, build analytical frameworks, and deliver actionable insights for product and business stakeholders.
Apply supervised and unsupervised learning techniques (e.g., linear/logistic regression, clustering) to solve complex product and growth problems.
Manage and mentor analytics/DS team members, collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and demonstrate thought leadership in product analytics strategy.




Exhibit solid proactiveness, enthusiasm, and the ability to quickly learn and implement new methodologies in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Tech Skills: SQL, Python (must have)
