ROLE: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business leads & enquiries
Identify and approach potential clients
Develop relationships with builders, developers, corporates & individual clients
Promote our Architecture, Interior Design & related services
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into projects
Arrange client meetings and site visits
Prepare proposals and coordinate with the design team
Maintain and regularly update the lead/client database
Build long-term client & qualified relationships
Achieve monthly sales & business development targets

Experience in sales / business development / real estate / architecture / interiors will be an advantage
