Job Title: Cafe Staff / Counter Staff

About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, hardworking, and reliable person to join our coffee and tea shop. The role involves serving customers, preparing beverages and food items, maintaining cleanliness, and helping with day-to-day shop operations.

Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and take orders politely and efficiently
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, cold beverages, snacks, sandwiches, and other menu items
Handle cash, UPI, and other customer payments
Keep the counter, tables, kitchen/work area, and shop clean and hygienic
Pack takeaway orders carefully
Restock ingredients, cups, packaging, and other supplies when needed
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Provide friendly and valuable customer service
Assist with opening and closing duties




Work as part of a team and help with other shop duties as required

Requirements:
Friendly and positive attitude
Good communication and customer-service skills
Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn
Previous cafe, restaurant, or food-service experience is preferred but not required
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Basic knowledge of handling payments is an advantage
