Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Helpdesk Associate to manage customer queries related to insurance policies and claims. The candidate will be responsible for handling support tickets, coordinating with insurers and internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries related to insurance policies, claims, and support requests.
Assist customers with claim intimation, documentation, and claim status updates.
Log, monitor, track, and close support tickets within defined timelines using the CRM system.
Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs , and internal departments for smooth claim processing and resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and claim-related documents.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, compliance guidelines, and service standards.




Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of pending cases.
Provide qualified and timely customer support through calls, emails, and chats.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of insurance policies and claim processes.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tickets/tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in customer support, insurance operations, or claims handling will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle customer escalations professionally.
