About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused qualified to join our Customer Experience & Sales team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and proven experience in sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide a smooth, skilled customer experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Drive sales through effective customer engagement, upselling, and cross-selling.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up with customers and convert opportunities into sales.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Meet individual and team sales/customer experience targets.
Maintain accurate customer information and interactions in the relevant systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.




Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and overall sales performance.

Requirements
3–6 years of relevant experience in Customer Experience, Customer Service, Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Relationship Management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience with sales targets, upselling, or cross-selling is preferred.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Jaipur.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, D2C, jewellery, luxury, or a similar customer-focused industry will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is confident, customer-oriented, commercially driven, and able to balance excellent service with sales objectives. Strong communication, problem-solving ability, and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction are essential. Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
