Qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical / Production / Polymer / Industrial Engineering
B.E./B.Tech candidates only

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor day-to-day production activities and achieve production targets.
Monitor plastic manufacturing and injection moulding processes.
Identify and resolve production/process-related issues.
Monitor machine performance, productivity and process parameters.
Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Stores departments.
Reduce production wastage and improve process efficiency.
Follow SOP, 5S and safety standards.
Support continuous improvement and productivity improvement activities.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Plastic / Polymer Manufacturing
Knowledge of Injection Moulding is preferred.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reports.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
