Role Purpose To provide strategic and operational leadership for VIDYA’s North operations, driving programme excellence, growth, financial discipline and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
Lead VIDYA’s programmes and operations across Delhi/NCR.
Ensure quality programme delivery, academic excellence and measurable outcomes.
Drive growth, expansion and recent strategic prospects.
Oversee project planning, budgets, utilisation, reporting and compliance.
Build robust relationships with CSR partners, donors, government and key stakeholders.
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Partnerships and other teams for effective execution.
Lead, mentor and strengthen programme teams.
Monitor performance, risks, impact and key deliverables.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on operations, programmes, budgets, partnerships and growth.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
