We are looking for an EE Component Engineer / Lead with 6 to 12 years of experience in automotive electronics engineering and component delivery for vehicle projects.

Key Responsibilities
Own Mechatronics system requirements and specification development for BCM, PEPS, RF/LF and Gateway systems.
Prepare and review H/W and S/W design inputs, HMI and display documents.
Drive CFT coordination, issue resolution, change management and component delivery as per project milestones.
Prepare and approve DFMEA, PFMEA and PPAP documentation through SOP.
Manage BCM architecture, variant matrix and product roadmap.
Conduct design reviews, technical meetings and issue escalations.
Coordinate with suppliers, CFTs and external stakeholders in a multicultural setting.
Support EMI/EMC, RF certification, packaging and system-level issue resolution.
