Hiring: Food Production, Packing & Dispatch Manager – Madurai

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Food Production, Packing & Dispatch Manager to handle end-to-end operations for our product range, including Dairy Products, Honey, Health Mix, Cold-Pressed Oils, Spice Powders, Pickles and Millet Products.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production, packing, and dispatch operations.
Ensure hygiene, quality, and food safety standards are strictly followed.
Supervise staff and manage overall workflow efficiency.
Maintain accurate production, inventory, and dispatch records.
Coordinate raw material procurement and vendor management.
Ensure timely processing and dispatch of customer orders.

Work Details:
Adaptable working hours with defined operational timelines.
Role requires hands-on involvement based on daily workload.

Requirements:
Prior experience in food production or manufacturing operations preferred.
Solid team handling and coordination skills.
Basic record-keeping and inventory management knowledge.
2-wheeler mandatory.
