About the Role

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy professional who can manage digital content, AI tools, and workflow automations across marketing and operations.

If you enjoy using ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, and contemporary marketing platforms to create content and improve processes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
Manage social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) for posts, ads, scripts, emails, and landing page content.
Support paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn with creative variations and reporting.
Coordinate reels, short videos, thumbnails, and creatives using AI tools or with designers.
Build automations using Make, Zapier, n8n, Pabbly, Airtable, Notion, etc.
Connect lead forms, CRM, sheets, email alerts, and reporting workflows.
Track campaign performance, leads, engagement, CPL, and automation impact.

Required Skills
1 - 4 years in digital marketing, social media, content, performance marketing, or agency roles.




Hands-on use of AI tools for real work - content, research, scripting, or workflows.
Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, dashboards, and SaaS tools.
Solid written English and communication skills.
Basic paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube) or performance/leadgen.

Nice to Have
Experience with any automation or nocode platform (Make, Zapier, n8n, Pabbly, Airtable, Notion automation, etc.).
Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Descript).
Fintech, payments, e-commerce, or B2B lead-gen experience.
