Role & responsibilities
Responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring.
This role will play a critical role in ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our company's growth and objectives.

Hiring Tools :
Ensure effective & optimal utilization of recruitment systems and tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn & Naukri.com).
Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing channels including social media (LinkedIn), Job Board searches, Networking, and talent pools.
. Education, Certification, and/or relevant experience required
Preferred MBA
Recruitment experience in chemical / speciality chemicals is highly desirable.
