Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and SEO to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive website traffic, leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
Manage and optimize SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize ROI, CPL, CPA, and conversions.
Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research to identify recent growth opportunities.
Manage website traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversion performance.
Work closely with content, design, sales, and e-commerce teams to execute digital campaigns.




Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
Solid experience in Performance Marketing and SEO is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and website performance data.
Good understanding of digital marketing trends, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
E-commerce or Digital Marketing Agency experience will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate Someone who is data-driven, proactive, performance-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of digital campaigns from planning to optimization.
