About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Dairy Farm Intern to join our team on a up-to-date dairy farm in Denmark. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in dairy farm operations, animal husbandry, and Danish agricultural practices, ideal for students or early-career individuals pursuing a future in agriculture.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily milking routines using modern milking equipment (parlour or robotic systems)
Feed, monitor, and care for dairy cattle, including calves and young stock
Support with herd health monitoring — spotting signs of illness, heat, or injury
Help maintain barns, stalls, and equipment in clean and safe working condition
Assist with calving and general reproductive management tasks
Operate or assist with farm machinery (tractors, feed mixers, etc.) under supervision
Support pasture and field management, including feed crop handling
Maintain accurate records of feeding, health checks, and milk production
Follow farm biosecurity and animal welfare protocols at all times

Requirements
Genuine interest in agriculture, animal husbandry, or dairy farming




Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including early mornings
Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor
Basic English communication skills (Danish is a plus but not required)
Prior farm or agricultural experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Valid work permit/visa eligibility for Denmark (or willingness to apply through sponsor)
Team player with a robust work ethic and willingness to learn
