Responsible for manufacturing Operations i.e., EHS, Efficiency, 5S , Cost reduction and man management
Responsible for Plant throughout, quality & upkeep of equipment.
Responsible for improvement initiatives like Kaizens,QMS, safety etc.
Responsible for handling and optimizing manpower and resources
Responsible for production planning and raw material planning follow up & execution
Training of operators by pep talks. Improve communication between back end and frontend
Knowledge on trasactions
Updation and conduction of DCS (Daily Control System) and PCS (Performance Control System)
