Roles and Responsibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test current products and systems.
Conduct experiments and collect data to validate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions using various engineering principles.
Develop and maintain technical documentation of products and processes.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
Solid understanding of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
