KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Founder & MD's office end to end, including meeting preparation, correspondence and documentation
Travel with the Founder & MD for significant business meetings, industry events, plant and market visits, and own the ground plan and follow-through
Coordinate cross-functional operations and drive every action from the Founder's office to closure
In coordination with Director - Communication, manage PR, corporate communication, coordinate media relations, press and launch communication, awards and speaking engagements, and the Founder's content and public profile
Build and maintain dashboards, MIS and flash reporting for the Founder
Run market, category and competitor research on business questions the Founder wants tested
Prepare board-quality presentations, decision notes and business summaries
Lead special projects assigned directly by the Founder, from problem definition to implementation
Handle confidential business, financial and people information with absolute discretion

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:




5 to 10 years of experience, including 3 or more years in an EA to CEO / MD, Founder's Office, Chief of Staff or Corporate Communication role
Graduate from a reputed institute. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
FMCG, Foods, D2C, QSR, retail, quick commerce or Hospitality background preferred
Robust Excel and financial literacy, with the ability to read a P&L;, build dashboards and manage the PR.
Sharp PowerPoint and structured storytelling, with board-ready output quality
Excellent written and spoken English fit for external and media-facing communication.
Experience of managing a PR agency or handling media and public-facing communication
Proactive, high-ownership, and comfortable working with influence rather than formal authority
Composed under pressure, discreet by default, and willing to travel frequently with the Founder
