HappyDot is a growing kidswear brand focused on creating comfortable, stylish, and quality clothing for children. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketer to join our team and help grow our online presence.

Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and other social media channels.
Create engaging content ideas for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
Assist with Meta Ads and other digital advertising campaigns.
Monitor social media trends and identify prospects to increase reach and engagement.
Conduct basic keyword and competitor research.
Track campaign performance and prepare simple performance reports.
Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop marketing campaigns.
Support website, SEO, and other online marketing activities.




Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform changes.

Requirements
Valuable understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
Robust communication and creative thinking skills.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, and content marketing is an advantage.
Ability to understand trends and create engaging marketing ideas.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is a plus.
