About the Role

We are looking for a Electrical Engineer to join our team for field-based electrical and project-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for site visits, electrical inspections, coordination with site teams, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth execution of electrical work.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular site visits for inspection, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
Supervise and coordinate electrical work at project sites.
Understand electrical drawings, layouts, SLDs, and technical specifications.
Perform electrical measurements, testing, and basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams at project sites.
Ensure electrical work is carried out as per required quality and safety standards.
Identify and resolve site-level technical and electrical issues.
Prepare site reports, inspection reports, and other required documentation.




Monitor project progress and report site-related issues to the reporting manager.
Ensure proper use of electrical tools, equipment, and safety practices.
Travel to different project sites as required.

Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical field work.
Experience in solar / renewable energy projects will be preferred.
Valuable knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, cables, earthing, protection systems, etc.
Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and SLDs.
Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Candidates with a valid driving licence will be preferred.
