Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and self-driven Full Stack Developer to translate creative software design concepts into engineered reality across the entire technology stack. This is a prime opportunity to work in a product development environment, taking ownership of the complete software lifecycle—from conceptualizing responsive user interfaces to architecting robust backend systems and database structures. The ideal candidate should be comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools, prompt engineering techniques, and cloud-based development environments to improve productivity and software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the hands-on, end-to-end implementation of scalable software, ensuring high code quality, reusable component architecture, and bug-free delivery.
Architect and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and relational databases utilizing both Node.js and Python to seamlessly support front-end functionality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design and data modelling teams to bridge the gap between user experience and technical execution.
Plan, execute,



and benchmark software delivery within Agile sprints while actively mentoring junior developers and reporting progress to leadership.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering techniques to support software development, debugging, testing, and documentation activities.

Required Skillset & Qualifications
4–6 years of proven skilled experience as a Full Stack Developer.
In-depth mastery of Angular (v6+), Node.js (Express), up-to-date JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems, and Python.
Familiarity with Python web frameworks (such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django) for building backend services and data processing pipelines.
Strong working knowledge of relational database management, schema creation, and query optimization (e.g., PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with secure modern authorization mechanisms (such as JSON Web Tokens), RESTful API integration, and code versioning tools like Git.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, prompt engineering, and cloud-based development environments.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
