The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders, understanding requirements, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
The candidate will be responsible for converting data and process observations into practical business insights and recommendations.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting Business Excellence projects, including documentation, tracking, coordination, and implementation.




The candidate will be responsible for monitoring project progress and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across various business functions.

Preferred Candidate profile
Graduate with 23 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence, MIS, Business Analytics, or similar roles.
Solid knowledge of MS Excel, data analysis, MIS, and reporting.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify trends and gaps.
Experience in process improvement, process standardization, or project coordination will be preferred.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
MBA/PGDM in Business Analytics, Operations, Finance, or related field will be an advantage.
Pharma/Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
