We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - Civil to join our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in civil engineering and excellent project management skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues or defects.
Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Collaborate with the design team to resolve technical issues and improve designs.
Prepare and submit reports on project status, including progress updates and financial statements.





Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the real estate industry.
Robust knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
