Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and responsible F&B; Assistant to support our Food & Beverage team in providing excellent service to guests. The candidate should maintain cleanliness, follow food safety standards, and assist in smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and qualified manner.
Take food and beverage orders and serve guests efficiently.
Assist in preparing and arranging food and beverages.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, kitchen support areas, and equipment.
Ensure proper table setup before and after service.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Check and maintain proper stock of F&B; items when required.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and inform the supervisor when required.
Follow company rules,



attendance policies, and standard operating procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by the F&B; Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, or similar environment is an advantage.
Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Good personal hygiene and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
